Digital Beat Store Refund Policy

1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Because our beats are delivered instantly via digital download, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a download link has been generated or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, as the digital files cannot be returned or deactivated.

By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Exceptions to the Policy

We want to make sure you get exactly what you paid for. We will issue a refund or a replacement file under the following specific circumstances:

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same beat under the exact same license twice in a single transaction or within 24 hours, we will gladly refund the duplicate purchase.

  • Corrupted or Broken Files: If a file is corrupted, missing stems, or won't open properly, please contact us. If we cannot provide a working replacement file within 3 business days, we will issue a full refund.

  • Wrong File Delivered: If the automated system sends you a completely different beat than the one you purchased, we will correct the error immediately or issue a refund if a fix isn't possible.

3. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

We cannot issue refunds for reasons outside of file functionality, including but not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after downloading the beat.

  • Realizing you bought the wrong license (e.g., purchasing an MP3 Lease instead of an Unlimited WAV license). In this scenario, please contact us and we will happily help you upgrade your license by paying the difference. (License downgrades will not be reimbursed back to customer.)

  • Forgetting to apply a discount code at checkout.

4. How to Request Assistance

If your situation meets one of our exception criteria, please reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase:

  • What to include: Please provide your name, order number, the name of the beat, and a detailed description (or screenshot) of the issue you are experiencing.

Please allow 24–48 hours for our team to review your request and get back to you.
